I've had a couple slow days...cramps...pms...wedding plans and trying to figure out what else is happening in my life... BUT...things seem to be falling back into the game. My actual desire to write has jumped back up to where it was when I started this! ::Throws confetti::
I'm going to see if I can hit the half-way point (25,000) before I go to bed.
Also, hello to all my Pennsic darlings that I've just now found out were reading along with this. I hope everyone is enjoying. ♥

And it begins again...! And, as usual, I have no plot! I have a setting, thoough. And I have a few characters. That's the first step, right? Bring it on, NaNo!!!!! >3
The same thing happened this year that did last year. I was so sure of what I was going to write, but in that last week beforehand I got poked at by another idea and decided to roll with it instead. Ah well. ♥
A sample prologue. Most likely it will be edited and revamped on the first day of NaNo. Enjoy, I hope! Friend cut from this point on~
Tales of Zaphyr
~Prologue~
Where I live the moons never set, the snow falls for two thirds of the year, the sun is so distant it hardly brings light to the daytime. Here the air is nearly impossible to breath upon the mountain tops and within the caverns below, as well as for those who venture here from worlds of their own. There are beasts that crave blood of the innocent, animal and human both, predator and prey. Wolves sing to diamond-speckled skies and to foxes laugh within the blackened forests.
Even with all this, there is no place I would rather live.
Along with this darkness there is the thrill of the snow-covered terrains, unbroken and pure with each morning's phase. We have no dawn, since the sun does now beam on us. Each new day is a phase, appropriately. During mid afternoon the stars above still paint the skies. The stars...like our world. A dead star in the galaxy holding life that can hardly be imagined to some. We dance in myth and child-hood folklore; a dream, a fairytale. This is the world of Zephyr.

Well, there has been a slight change of plans. I know I was going to NaNo The Chronicles Of Shadovan (which I still intend to write, but not right now), but... I want to write CoS on my own time and be patient with it, not rushed.
And I really want to write this...so, starting in five days I'll be posting bits of the newest project, The Exploits Of Circle J. This one will be published, even if it takes every breath I have. I've been discussing tips and hints with Rob on places to search for, so...
Anyhow, there will be sex in it. Um, of all types. Very graphic...language and actions - Texas, cowboys, vampires, cathouse, brothels. Because of those two reasons, the publication and the rating, I'm putting it on friends lock. Possibly a filter. Either way, in case I do make a filter, post here if you'd like your name to be added to be able to view it.

So it's done. I've finally finished ASIT. It was... definitely something I won't forget. <3
I'll start the second one eventually. Right now there's a new idea plaguing my mine. The Chronicles of Shadovan. Fantasy... dark magic... dragons... liches... other creatures. They're taking over my head. The author of The Chronicles Of Danavere suggested to me the idea of writing it. I took her up on it, so now I have all kinds of strange muses in my head, begging to be let out onto Microsoft Word.
Lots of planning involved... I may end up doing it for NaNo 2005. We'll see. It depends how stubborn the idea becomes before then.
And of course, a new set of apology letters yet to come for the ASIT characters. <3
